【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletosafety—relatedelectronicsystems(includingsub-systemsandequipment)forrailwaysignallingapplications.Thescopeofthisstandard,anditsrelationshipwithotherIECstandards,areshowninFigure1.Thisstandardisintendedtoapplytoallsafety-relatedrailwaysignallingsystems/sub-system/equipment.However,thehazardanalysisandriskassessmentprocessesdefinedinIEC62278andthisstandardarenecessaryforallrailwaysignallingsystems/sub—systems,equipment,inordertoidentifyanysafetyrequirements.Ifanalysisrevealsthatnosafetyrequirementsexist(i.e.:thatthesituationisnon-safety-related),andprovidedtheconclusionisnotrevisedasaconsequenceoflaterchanges,thissafetystandardceasestobeapplicable.Thisstandardappliestothespecification,design,construction,installation,acceptance,operation,maintenanceandmodification/extensionphasesofcompletesignallingsystems,andalsotoindividualsub-systemsandequipmentwithinthecompletesystem.AnnexCincludesproceduresrelatingtoelectronichardwarecomponents.Thisstandardappliestogenericsub-systemsandequipment(bothapplication-independentandthoseintendedforaparticularclassofapplication),andalsotosystems/sub-systems/equipmentforspecificapplications.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoexistingsystems/sub-systems,equipment(i.e.thosewhichhadalreadybeenacceptedpriortolhecreationofthisstandard).However,asfarasreasonablypracticable,thisstandardshouldbeappliedtomodificationsandextensionstoexistingsystems,sub-systemsandequipment.Thisstandardisprimarilyapplicabletosystems/sub—systems,equipmentwhichhavebeenspecificallydesignedandmanufacturedforrailwaysignallingapplications.Itshouldalsobeapplied.asfarasreasonablypracticable,togeneral-purposeorindustrialequipment(e.g.:powersupplies,modems,etc.),whichisprocuredforuseaspartofasafety—relatedsignallingsystem.Asaminimum,evidenceshallbeprovidedinsuchcasestodemonstrate—eitherthattheequipmentisnotreliedonforsafety,一orIhattheequipmentcanbereliedonforthosefunctionswhichrelatetosafety.Thisstandardisapplicabletothefunctionalsafetyofrailwaysignallingsystems.Itisnotintendedtodealwiththeoccupationalhealthandsafetyofpersonnel;thissubjectiscoveredbyotherstandards.

【摘要】:Aircraftturbinelubricants,uponstandingatlowtemperaturesforprolongedperiodsoftime,mayshowanincreaseinkinematicviscosity.Thisincreasemaycauselubricationproblemsinaircraftengines.Thus,thistestmethodisusedtoensurethatthekinematicviscositydoesnotexceedthemaximumkinematicviscosityincertainspecificationsforaircraftturbinelubricants.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthekinematicviscosityofaircraftturbinelubricantsatlowtemperature,andthepercentchangeofviscosityaftera3-handa72-hstandingperiodatlowtemperature.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.2.1TheSIunitsforKinematicViscosityaremm2/s.Foruserreference,1mm2/s=10-6m2/s=1cSt.1.3WARNINGMercuryhasbeendesignatedbymanyregulatoryagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidneyandliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercurycontainingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPAx2019;swebsitehttp://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htmforadditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryand/ormercurycontainingproductsintoyourstateorcountrymaybeprohibitedbylaw.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection6.
