【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectrictumbledryersintendedforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsinglephaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Thisstandardappliestothedryingfunctionofwashingmachineshavingadryingcycle.Thisstandardalsodealswiththesafetyoftumbledryersthatusearefrigeratingsystem,incorporatingsealedmotor-compressors,fordryingtextilematerial.Theseappliancesmayuseflammablerefrigerants.AdditionalrequirementsfortheseappliancesaregiveninAnnexBB.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarmsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102Examplesofsuchappliancesaretumbledryersforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsorinlaunderettes.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortransportationandthenationalauthoritiesforbuildings.NOTE104Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
