【摘要】:Field,in-placenonrepetitivestaticloadtestsareusedfortheevaluationanddesignofpavementstructures.Nonrepetitivestaticplateloadtestsareperformedonsoilsandunboundbaseandsubbasematerialstodeterminethemodulusofsubgradereactionorameasureoftheshearstrengthofpavementcomponents.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemakingofnonrepetitivestaticplateloadtestsonsubgradesoilsandpavementcomponents,ineitherthecompactedconditionorthenaturalstate,andprovidesdataforuseintheevaluationanddesignofrigidandflexible-typeairportandhighwaypavements.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
