【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodocumentthemassflowrateofresourcerecoveryunitoperationsasameansofdocumentingtheoperatingofaplant(orportionsofaplant)andasameansofrelatingoperationtodesignobjectives.Thistestmethodisalsousedinconjunctionwithmeasurementsoftheperformanceofmaterialsseparators(particularlyrecoveryandpurity).Assuch,throughputshouldnotgenerallybemeasuredbysamplingthefeedsincethismaychangeitsperformance.Processingequipmentthatdoesnotperformseparationscanbesampledateitherthefeedorproductstreams.1.1Thistestmethodisformeasuringthethroughput,ormassflowrate,ofaresource-recoveryunitoperation,orseriesofunitoperations.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionaryinformationisgiveninSection.
